I guess slow and steady wins the race. I've continued to log at least 10K steps a day, and strive to go 3Xs a week to dance class or have some other dancing outlet (like this past weekend at Beccah's wedding and on the MCM sidelines). Will do my best to continue staying under 1200 calories a day, which is what I'm logging most days.
