Still at my plateau. I'm going to just keep doing like I'm doing. I'm going on vacation this weekend, so wish me luck. :)
141.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You will do great on vacation. Maybe this is the weight your body wants to be. I am sure you have gained a lot of muscle and your body is toned. Great job maintaining!!!

Is there anything you could change up from what you're doing? It might help you get off your plateau. Good luck this weekend and enjoy yourself.

Wow! I am really impressed. 10 weeks you took off 26 lbs. That is fantastic. Don't be so hard on yourself. I know my weight didn't move a bit for the whole month of Aug. Now this month it starts to go down again. I just changed my diet a bit and trying all sorts of different veggies and other organics food. I gave up sodas and yogurt. I agree Mrs. H's comment. Just make some changes in your daily routine. You should start to see the scale moving again. Best of luck. You are such an inspiration for us on FS diet.

I've tried adding protein shakes since I'm doing the boxing along with my regular exercise, but still no change. I guess my body is used to the weight that it is at. I'm still going to continue what I'm doing b/c I don't want to gain anything back.
