first week since camping season started that I've had a full 7 day week weigh in.. although it appears that my weight is steady, I think my scales aren't working correctly. too much fluctuation day to day, even within the same morning, as I take 3 weights in say 15 minutes, and usually 2 will be same, but for past 2-3 weeks, there can be a # difference in that time, so I'm having to take the 2 closest and split the difference. think new scales are to come soon!!
125.9 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Put an object(s) you know the weight of on the scale to gauge its accuracy. Is the scale on a hard level surface? Scales on unlevel flooring can produce different results. Everyone's weight will go up and down all day long because of the water in our bodies.I can weigh at 4am and be something different at 5am. Weird, lol! You might also need a new battery for your scale.
