YAY! down .4 from yesterday
i'm making daily progress

today is going to be another busy day

running to staples to pick up my brochures for saturday's cancer event
then tending a few clients
and entering some presentations into powerpoint
then maybe have some time to start designing one of my new website!

today may be a late night!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
