I've tried Jenny Craig, I have tried Weight Watchers, and Low Carb Diets that did not work. If I could not maintain it as a life style, then it did not work for me. I'm now on a doctors diet where I am limited by a physician to not eat more than 800 calories in a day. This always appeared to work in the past and I can eat anything I want.

I've gained 10lbs so i'm feeling a bit vain.

I'm a well-being coach and personal consultant. I help people from all over the world achieve their happiness, health and abundance goals.

Am I the oly one trying to gain weight?
i'm not trying to lose weight but i have done so in the past. its not too difficult to do. you just have to observe your own lifestyle and then make adjustments to not only what you eat but all the other areas of your life. are you trying to gain just fat or muscle? do you have any medical conditions? these are all factors that affect weight gain.

using program on Android
my app is working fine too. sometimes too many apps will make the phone behave sluggish and if you run out of memory, your apps will crash too. I suggest getting a free app called Memory Booster Lite. It will help to manage apps that are memory hogs. If this doesn't solve the problem, uninstall all your apps and install them back one at a time, slowly, every few days until you start to see problems again. One of the scripts in the apps could be corrupted and you won't know which one it is until you reinstall it and start seeing odd behavior on your phone again.

I am eating up to 800 calories!
I am under the care of a physician for my weight loss and being advised to eat 900 calories - because i am already so small. its not unhealthy if done for short periods of time (months). there is a lot of hype about caloric needs but every person is unique for their requirements. for someone who is 300 lbs taking in a 900 calorie diet, that is a fantastic deficit - but 900 is not unreasonable if you're under medical supervision and already small as-is and just trying to lose the last 10-20lbs. at my small size - my daily caloric intake while maintaining without exercise is only 1300 calories. so, body mass index, metabolism, etc play a paramount role... including any medical conditions one may have - ie: thyroid, diabetes, etc.

A Guy my size should be losing more!!!!!!!!!!
The most permanent weight loss is gradual weight loss. You're losing 3.5 lbs a week - that's fast.. in my humble opinion. I've been grossly overweight in my life, so I have been there. Keep in mind why its recommended that rapid weight loss is not healthy. 1. taxing on the cardiovascular system (your heart). 2. you mess up your metabolism 3. you cannot install permanent (new) eating habits that quickly. (Guess what?! The diet is for LIFE... not for just losing weight only. When you reach your weight goal, your new body will require a new caloric intake. That very much lower than your old body will had required. Making sure the new eating habits, exercise, state of mind are permanent is going to depend on your adaptability - how we adapt to new situations on all levels takes time. So let your body do it's own thing to prevent "damage" - listen to your body and remember - if you stress your body too much and too fast - it's going to tell you "NO! - You're going down!" - and then you won't be able to diet or exercise anymore for a long time until you recover. If you are still in question, seek professional advice from a Nutritionist or Dietician.
