Every summer, I avoid the desert heat and sun and work hard at my job. Then my favorite time of the year comes around fall/winter and I get out to hiking, walking, running, urban exploration. I always lose weight in the winter. It's a cycle that I wish to break, however for the time being, I will just lose the weight and get back to basics.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
