not going well with the eating this week Saturday was a double birthday party away so lunch was a a chippy by the sea, dinner was a buffet with wine, not been shopping yet so just ate what was there in my freezer when I got home. Lost nearly a week of my diet plan but hay-ho, will get back to it tomorrow, will just carry on where I left off as don't want to go back to the really low cal soup. Not too much damage done.
