STARTED BACK WEIGHT LIFTING AND CARDIO TRAINING TODAY.I WILL REST WEDS.AND ONLY DO TRAINING THREE TIMES A WEEK. I WILL TRY TO CUT CARBS SOME MORE.I THANK ALLAH FOR THIS GREAT ENDURANCE BECAUSE HE IS ALLAH.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
