A small weight loss but it's something and considering the ups and downs or life the last few weeks. I've been stress eating but i'm getting it back under control. Have a great Friday everyone.
204.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

I agree, small losses do add up, and as we age, the weight comes off slower, too!
