I am on a planned diet set out by a nutritionist, this is only for a few days to flush my system and then adding small bits of lean meat and fish etc, while on this bit of the diet I am not allowed to go to the gym or running. (cycling is my commute to work) so as I add healthy calories I can add exercise. I get to have 1000 calls on Friday. The soup is homemade, the recipe comes from a cardiologist I use to know.
Thanks for your concern :) The hardest part of this is I don't like most vegetables and thats the soup, I rarely have 1 portion of veg a day let alone 5, so making up for it now and it is just filling me up, and I am surprised by how much energy I have.

Oooh okay then :) I had the same problem a year ago but now I eat (and love) all kinds of vegetables, you'll get used to it. Good luck!
