Induction Day 6 - Another pound down! Wahoo! That makes 4.6 pounds in 5 days. All without exercising. . . yet! Come on Fat, ready for Round 6 today?

I felt like I spent the night in the Sahara when I woke this morning, needless to say, I'll be drinking plenty of water today. I wonder if it's the medication that I am taking for my knee, because I swear I am drinking enough water to cause a shortage for a small village. I am happy with my progress given that it's not like I have a ton of weight to lose, well, relatively speaking, of course. I'm not a Biggest Loser candidate, although I feel like it at times. To me, it feels like a ton, and I think when you get inside of that 20 pound mark, the pounds just don't come off so easily, never mind that the pounds stick like gorilla glue once you're inside the 10 pound mark!

I splurged a little this weekend and had some sugar free Dark Chocolate (Simply Lite). And I had some almonds because there were a couple of times that I was so starved and had nothing else to eat. No more till next weekend though, playing it clean for the next 5 days.

I'm getting great sleep now again, which is a God send. It was a rough weekend since I was on call and had to work Saturday night until almost 3am Sunday morning. Luckily I was slept in till 10 for the most part, I think I woke up a couple of times, but was able to get back to sleep.

Looking forward to a productive week, and hopefully some good news today or tomorrow. More to come on that!
