I had an awesome day yesterday - so many fun things happened. Garden, music, friends, dinner on the town. Food choised weren't bad, but there was not enough water and WAY too much salt. I did not gain fat weight, but I did gain tons of water - and ended at 92.9 - and I didn't even reach my normal calorie count. I guess I will do spike day today instead of yesterday. I just wanted to do a quick weigh-in, and announce my 2nd attempt on doing my spike day, then I'm off to do stuff. I might do a much more elaborate journal later today. Life is good!
