Week one down in the books. Going to keep a Monday and Thursday weigh in during this process. Thursday is my weigh in day for my work routine, and Monday is just a good check to make sure my weekend wasn't too indulging. Last week was nice being able to get out and walk 4 out of 5 days at work. I'm sure that did help with the small loss. Going to keep up the good work this week and keep the weight coming off. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Talk you you all soon.
266.6 lb Lost so far: 73.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
