Still trucking along. I'm really feeling good. Ten lbs makes a bigger difference then I remembered. And I'm over the halfway mark on Phase 1..PRAISE JESUS! LOL I hate this phase.

247.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb. Still to go: 82.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

losing 7.0 lb a week

You are doing great, by the time you're at the end of phase 1 you'll be saying, hey, that wasn't so bad!
