JDbowler's Journal, 24 September 2015

So, this week started a weight loss program at my job. Already starting well. Here's hoping I can learn something more from my peers and have a good time losing some weight. My goal is to be down 10 pounds by Thanksgiving. 2 months should be attainable. If I am getting off my track I may have to so see the dietitian soon. Hope everyone is having a good week.
267.2 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

my journey began when my company started a weight loss program at work and here I am 9 months later still at it.. its a great way to start and be held accountable. They gave us fit bits and we have step contest all thru out the year. And I made a good friend out of it, a coworker who has "dates" with me for walking!!And everyone is competitive so it pushed me to go further... Good Luck and way to go!!
