Haven't been doing great at watching my diet the last 9 months and it really shows on the scale and it is depressing but I was in the who cares stage that I have been in many a time since I got larger. I think I have turned the corner out of that mind set now and am ready to try again. My knees hurt, clothes don't fit right and my blood pressure is up all signs that if I don't do something now I will be on medicine soon and I don't want that. I have started walking more and watching what I eat, no after dinner snacking, no snacking at breaks at work so that is a start. I need to start tracking what I am eating again so I can see the bad calories that I enjoy add up to help me realize how bad my diet is and get me back on the road to healthy me.
233.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Come on now only you can really make those changes that need to happen and you can do it :)

It stars with the mental . . . and, snacking in and of itself isn't necessarily a bad thing if you're eating healthy.
