I haven't been logging or exercising for about 2 or 3 weeks now. Busy at work, at home, getting kids ready for back to school, taking care of dad, finishing 2 rooms in our addition, travel for work, so much stuff, no time for me! Gain of 2.8 pounds - could have been worse! Getting back to my plan starting today! :) Taking the time this morning to log my food plan for today - feel like a good way to begin anew.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 57.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It is not wrong to take care of yourself first. On a plane they tell you to always put your oxygen mask on first, so you can then help others. Carve out time for yourself every day.

A gain of just 2.8 lbs. with everything you had going doesn't even qualify as minor setback against the backdrop of your progress to date . . . more of a 'glitch.' A more settled routine and beginning of a new challenge will reverse that in no time!
