Still maintaining! It is tough. I did fall off the wagon last night. My daughter likes to bake and she asked me to taste her cookies. Well, I went into cookie psychosis again.Nonetheless, the scales stayed the same.
One thing that is beginning to be of concern is that I am being sent to VA on business at the end of the month. Every time I have gone out of town, my diet falls apart. It will be for three or four days and that is going to be really really tough when I have to rely on restaurant or hotel food.
