just 4 days after I saw the Dr and this meal plan is working for me, I exercised 3 days intead of 2 days, and following the carbs recommendation. of no carbs in the morning. I hope this continues, I hope I continue motivated and with the will of keep on the good work and the diet.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

I'm exercising 3 days also and no carbs. I had lost a lot of weight and then started going back to my old eating habits and started gaining again. I must make a life change of my eating and its so hard.
