My weight didn't drop like the last few days, but I feel good and didn't go nuts eating to little to or much.

I also got my "Numbers" done today at work and my glucose was great and cholesterol was great. HDL was low but they said my LDL was so low that the machine couldn't read it and the total cholesterol was only 148 (less than 200 is healthy). So right now my heart is healthy and I'm get my weight under control before I get to full pre-diabetes!!!
260.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
