a bit frustrated now... I've cleaned up my eating and am fully accountable for my food. it could be tom but it's unlikely just that is causing this peak.

feeling a bit down as I'm really and truly watching every bite.
117.5 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i could go 4 pounds a more every month from TOM. If you are on plan, you know its not fat. So you are retaining from something (sodium? exercise? TOM? etc.)
