Well just got back from a trip to Yellowstone National Park, I must say the food was good the beer cold and the Park absolutely amazing, I did gain a few pounds but I don't care the trip was so good and worth it. I would highly recommend everyone go to Yellowstone, at some point plus when else can you say you walked and drove on a Super Volcano. Spent over 20 hours in the park drove over 350 miles in it and still didn't see everything.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
