Lost 2 pounds this week and it feels like a real accomplishment because the weekend included a trip to San Francisco and brunch in Calistoga. Got in 10,000+ steps for the day in San Francisco and 8,000+ the other two days. Not perfect as eating out forces some compromises but I feel good about the choices I made.
