192 today no biggie, I just need to get back into working harder :)

But on the brighter side of life my waist is still a 32, I am hovering around 11-13% BF BMI of course say I am overweight still but I don't listen much to BMI
192.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
