Breakfast choc chip granola atkins bar, coffee w half and half, lunch/dinner o'nieals grilled chicken salad w iced tea. I did want a glass of chardonney with that salad, decided I would order the iced tea and allow myself the wine if I still wanted it. I kept drinking the iced tea. yea me!
