52 days since my last weighin, since I've logged food, since I've been on a scale. And started the day off at 253lbs. 3lbs up isn't bad at all. And considering the Time of the month that it will soon be, I'm very happy with that number. Was trying to weighin earlier today, but the window closed itself so now just getting back around to doing it. Also need to plug in meals for the day. And change the dinner i had last night too. Ended up getting grilled chicken and spinach salad instead of a sandwich. And had 2 little slices of my daughter's pizza. Hard to resist a 2yr old saying Eat it! You Eat it! lol.

Took Jules out to the pool for a swim earlier, a bit on the warm side, but breezy and not as humid as it could be. Thinking about getting out the park and doing the nature walk. it's about 2miles long and half of it's very shady. So maybe either this afternoon if i'm not bogged down with chores, or late tomorrow morning before lunch.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think 3 pounds in 52 days is pretty much a win honestly... and just think you are back on track.. its around TOM so you will drop that weight in no time.

Yup! Same here Pixi. XD I honestly fee rejuvenated. It was good to take a long break over the summer, but it's good to be back at it. Sometimes the measuring and counting gets a big old, and you just want to eat without constantly thinking about it. Haven't gone really overboard eating wise, but I did enjoy dinner out more without the worry about salt intake and would it show up on the scale the next morning. Welps time to get some lunch. :) Baked pork chop, cheese, wheat roll, and some cucumbers/cherry tomatoes with a little salad dressing.

Oh I get that completely! and yes the measuring and counting and everything gets very hard to do at times. Enjoy your lunch I am a little jealous my spaghetti and berries seem to be lacking compaired to your lunch lol

:P Just a quick lunch. The pork chop was leftover from the other night. And the rest is pretty quick and easy and tastey. :) The berries sound lovely. ^.^ I'm not much of a spagetti person honestly. I like marinara sauces, and penne. But just not the longer noodles. :P I hope you have a Great lunch too Pixi. :)
