Excited because my birthday was today- lots of food celebration, and I was able to manage the indulgence. Two years ago I was 3 pounds from my goal weigh and blew it with birthday celebrations. I never recovered. I intend this to be a different outcome. Hope you all had a great day!
150.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you both for the encouragement. I really need it. Still cannot get into my clothes, but it will not be long. I am wearing the same loose outfit to church each week without shame. I refuse to buy more clothes when I have an investment in 3 closet dulls of clothes. Blessings on your journey as well😍.

For anyone seeing my "loss so far", it is about 10 pounds. I have changed my diet twice and I did not remember to not have it record the original begin. I gained 25 pounds. I need to lose about 10-15 more.
