I'm surprised to be down today, yesterday seemed like a lot of sodium (although I think it still totaled under 2000mg) and I feel kind of puffy this morning, but I guess it's not too bad. :)
195.4 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
