This will be a tough week, again. Am leaving for Kinshasa this afternoon. Always difficult to fit in exercise and stay within RDI. Well, I will do my best. September is coming with new beginings.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
