Went on a camping trip with friends and family - even though it was "rustic" camping, I ate a LOT of bread, plus some sweets, and a few salty snacks...plus had a few "adult beverages". It all added up to a great week, right up until I got home and weighed in this morning. Oh well, carbs happen.... At least it was not a terrible gain, and it should be back under control in a few days.

On the even brighter side, I have joined the local YMCA where they have a pool and several exercise classes that are held in the water. That gets you moving without killing the joints. Due to work schedule, it will be next week before I actually get started, but start I will!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

The pool is the most wonderful place in the world to work out as far as I am concerned ~ I have rapid onset Osteoarthritis & had both hips replaced last year ~ I am in recovery mode after being on a walking frame & in sedentary mode for 3 years ~ it's amazing just how much exercise you can get done in water that you would have no hope of doing on land.
