did 1/2 a greek yogurt day 8oz with blueberries and 8oz with strawberries then had a chicken salad at oregano's
201.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
