good morning! ready for my walk. my back is hurting and i dont know why. hopefully it just needs a good stretch. gonna get my home weight lifting plan together before work at 2
163.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
