I knew that I was doing poor in trying to follow my eating plan and I was gaining weight. The other day I was outside and pants I had bought to accommodate my growing figure was getting tight around my thighs, I decided I have to lose weight once again and try my hardest to actually keep it off this time. I took my measurements this morning, I am 38" around my waist and 41" around my belly.
