Another pound! Stayed on ok even with the dinner. I did check the menu ahead of time and it did help. I stuck with a filet mignon although I did have some carbs and one glass of wine and a glass of champaign and a creme brule!
I Did some serious calibrations of the scale to make sure it wasn't reading anything over :). Still on a roll. Biked last night. Unfortunately, with Fall coming I am worried that my biking days are numbered. I never was one to run. I feel stupid lumbering down the road and I will not financially commit to another health club. big waste of money for me. Plus, impact sports are tough on my knees and just tedious for me.
If I can just get out of these 160's I will be ecstatic. Being in the 150's will be a place I haven't been in probably 10-15 years!
