up, down...up, down like a pogo stick lol. my day to hang out with mom. havent been able to walk in awhile so going today for a bit. its kinda nice out right now so looking forward to it.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
