Well I have been on this a calorie count diet ( just winging it) but I sure am proud of the results. I have cut out all junk sweets and have stuck to just Fruits, veggies and protein.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have cut out all sweets and junk food. I also think i lost a lot of fluid from the antheshia they gave me when i had my surgeries in APRIL & JUNE.
