So I put in on some weight for the 1st time I'm not upset let's be real the way I eat is crazy Also I'm donig SWIFT it's cardio & weights so hopfully I'm toning somewhere LOL wishfully thinking
191.0 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
