Last too days I didn't lost many weight... I think my methabolism might be getting slow. What can I do about it?
182.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

:) . Keep it up, waterweight can mask fat loss up to 3 weeks.

In the first few days you tend to clear out your digestive tract and lose some water weight, so you can lose several pounds. After that, it's slow and steady fat loss, maybe 1 or 2 pounds a week, and from day to day there's very little change. Be patient. It will happen!

1.5 is great for 2 days matter of fact Heidi is right and if you loose too fast you are that much more likely to put it back on in the long run. So slow and steady. So you have time to adjust routines and you body has time to adjust to the changes.
