Well still at 190 so that is a good thing, Did some yoga this morning thank whom ever created Yoga :) I am actually really good with my weight when I started this all again in Mar 14 my goal was 195 and to look good naked. Seriously I know you must think that is vain but it is not, I am happy at what I see in the mirror and there were many many years all I ever seen was the fat guy looking back even when I had lost weight before, but now I see me and I am happy with me.

Have a great day and weekend all. Remember this is a choice you made and only you can push through it and make your own personal discoveries.

And no more NO Junk Food challenges I was a miserable failure at that and I don't like to fail.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
