Be honest with your self have a desire to change, determination to get to your goals, forgive your transgresions, and get right back on track because if you are not going forward your going backwards, love yourself and enjoy your new self, there is a great reward to reaching your goal.

do you eat more than what is noted in your food journals? Seems as though you only log a few items??? Just checking...

wi haven't recorded in my food journal in awhile because i had it down but if you look back feb march april may that is what i ate went from 165 to 129 im working to many hours now to record much, but weighted myself yesterday and was suprised first time i have weighed sense june1
