Stressful week with late work hours and no gym time. Will be back on track next week so hope to see a jump then. At least it wasn't a gain.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
