Don't freak out! I am not rapidly losing weight, it was just that the night before we started (the night before i weighed in) we had a last meal of pizza and i ate a LOT of pizza, and i was wearing sweatshirt and sneakers, but this morning i weighed myself properly :)
154.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
