280! I match the weight on my drivers license.

Be Happy!
279.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 104.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1165 kcal Fat: 53.11g | Prot: 120.36g | Carb: 49.17g.   Breakfast: Heavy Whipping Cream, Chocolate Protein Shake, Coffee. Lunch: Beef Chuck Flat Iron Steak, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Red Onions, Spinach, Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Mushrooms, Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas (Fajita Size). Dinner: Jell-O Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Snacks - Orange/Lemon-Lime, Walnuts, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Light Corn Syrup, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Oyster Sauce, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mushrooms, Hard Parmesan Cheese, Baby Spinach. more...

Congrats, keep up the good work. Glad I don't have to put my weight on my drivers licence, but won't mind so much now they are talking about it here. I know when it happens I will be a much better weight than I was......
