Very distressing lol. I’ve been close to 100% RDI almost every day, but it seems like only way I can really lose is to stay at 90% of it and that’s just temporary. I’ve been eating better meals and my body is in better ‘shape’ scale is going in the wrong direction smh. We’ll see what Wednesday says.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
