Was feeling light today and forgot to weigh in yesterday so I stepped on the scale. 3.4 lbs by June is doable for sure, but if it doesn’t happen I know I’m on the right track. 5:30 am eliptical a great way to start my day, but I don’t think it’s anything more than occasional. Heavy argument w SO over parenting etc always gives me a boost of motivation. Gonna eat something good tonight after this workout.

Idk what I’m doing wrong, I guess I have to get the eliptical in more. I’m staying below threshold but maybe I’m being too conservative w my Arroz chaufa calories, not sure. Seems every time I eat that I gain lol. I’m gonna stick to it and see where I am end of May.

Back down a bit. Haven’t been working out or doing cardio, hope I’m not losing muscle. Been doing much better w protein no long a struggle to get up over 100g. We’ll see what the weekend holds.
