Up .8 lbs this morning. Kind of strange since I ate really healthy yesterday. I have the 191/2 blues. My weight fluctuates between 191 and 192 and I haven't been able to break 191. I work out for 30 mins every day and due to school and work, I am not sure if I can find time to add any more workout. I eat a healthy amount of protein and vegetables and a few carbs. I haven't been tracking my calories so I may have to go back to that but I still think I am within the 1100-1350 mark. I am not complaining or discouraged because I have lost 11 lbs and I am excited. I just want to break this stall so the weight loss can continue. Any suggestions??

One of these days when you feel that you have eaten "enough," you might want to try a "low day" in which you eat 20 to 50% of your normal intake (of calories). On the following day go back to eating the normal amount, and repeat that a couple of times. I have found that to be VERY effective in breaking through plateaus. But, you are doing well and there is no need to stress. Take your time...

Make sure your having the low sodium V8 if you have to much salt you will hold the weight. If you can only get 30min in ofwork out then try doing an interval training. do 5 min warm up walking then run as fast and long as you can even if just a min then come down for no more then two min do the at for 15 min then cool down for 5. You will get an evenbigger cal burn and may help jump start you again

My only advice would be to make sure you are drinking plenty of water, and if you have moved to phase 2...you might want to go back to phase 1 for a couple of days and see if this helps break past this plateau. You have a great attitude! Keep up the good work!!!
