stop that. your body is amazing right now. you're single handedly nourishing your baby. how incredibly magical is that?! i gave myself a year (for breastfeeding) before worrying about a diet. that baby is far more important than any weight fluctuations, mama!! 🥰

Don’t hate it, you just produced and are feeding an actual human. Celebrate that miracle. You’ll get there, you just needed to get to a certain point. Much love to your little family, you’re truly blessed.

May I ask what has breast feeding to do with weight gain?🥹 (*currently bfeeding my 10month old)

@IneseOfficial Breastfeeding has made me so hungry. It's been difficult to not gain weight.

@Katsolo & @kaylinrenee Thank you so much guys. I know this is just a season. It was just so disheartening to see that number on the scale.

Oo that yes, I was also sooo hungry and stressed 😬 how are you now? Have you been able to get into some rhythm yet (it is totally fine if not💖💖💖)

@IneseOfficial I'm doing a lot better now that my daughter has been very curious and wanting to be a bit independent. I'm able to workout and find the time to eat healthier meals. Perfect timing since my daughter is also eating solids three times a day 😊 I want to make it to 12 months breastfeeding (just 2.5 more months). If I can make it to 2 years that's great, but it's all dependent on what my girl wants lol.

That is such a great approach! 🫶🏻 if I may share what has helped me, (but I know usually everyone finds their own “best schedule “). I started eating 5meals at about the same times, breakfast always savory, dessert after main meal and minimum of a 2100calories. 💖💖🥰
