What the? Am I finally dumping the pounds from last weekend's backpacking trip? Might be a fluke but I was so happy to see the number, I'm logging it.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
