I'm almost thru with my last week of P90X. What an experience! After 90 days of some of the hardest exercise I've done in my life, I'm down another 11 lbs, 3 pants sizes and a full shirt size. I feel great and can definitely see the difference in my body. My stamina and energy level are as high as they were in college. This has been an amazing experience! I broke through mental and physical barriers that I didn't think I could. Not only do I feel like my body is stronger, but so is my mind and spirit!

That is awesome to hear. Sticking it out for the full 90 days is an accomplishment by itself. Be proud of yourself, as I know several who have done it for 2-3 weeks and then quit.
You did great

Congrats!!! It's fun the first time, it's even more fun the second. Maybe you'll keep with it, or try Insanity or the P90X/Insanity hybrid schedule. I am on week 4 of my second pass at X. Bring It!
