JDbowler's Journal, 22 June 2015

So, this was just a bad Father's Day weekend all around. It was bad enough that I really didn't want to celebrate it at all yesterday. However, my dad is worth it, even though I am going through a hard time. I had a good day yesterday, however I did have a cheat day on Saturday, so that is probably why I saw the scale rise. The funny thing is my pants feel better today. So, I am not sure if I am just retaining a little water, or if I grew some muscle from painting and going up and down my ladder around my living room. Either way, I am not very disappointed about my gain. It will come off faster than I know. I wasn't able to work out today, my living room is still in shambles from painting this weekend. I will have it put back together today and get back to my routine. I actually missed getting up and exercising today. I can't wait to start back up again soon. I hope everyone had a great weekend.
